I worked in an unrelated environment for six years, holding down a very responsible position even while attending school. While in my role as Business Manager, I hired and trained employees and dealt extensively with customer service issues.  I mention this primarily because I have a unique way of working with people, handling crisis and emergency situations well, which I believe makes me a more qualified nurse.  In fact, it is second nature for me to serve as a caregiver, a role I embrace and enjoy immensely.
