According to the project management office we forecast to spend a minimum of 10000 hours to build and test the infrastructure which will be split among all the technical teams that will assist with this implementation We will estimate the project to cost 10 million dollars for the first year and approximately 8 million dollars for the second year and 5 any other year after the second year Please note that the yearly price after the second year is subject to change based on changes and maintenance Cost of project for first year 10 million This will be broken up into seven different categories used for budgeting Most of our funding capital will come from investments and contributions from partners and some of our own capital Direct costs – 5 million dollars will be put aside for direct costs This will include software purchases hardware licenses for software and any other equipment needed for creating our virtual desktop Indirect costs – 2 million dollars will be put aside for indirect costs This includes salaries insurance costs tax contributions the cost of heating lighting and other facility necessities that will be used for creation of the project Capital costs – 750000 dollars will be put aside for capital costs This will include repairs to hardware or purchasing of assets that will improve our technology capabilities Operating costs – 250000 dollars will be put aside for operating costs This will include staff costs and training business travel expenses routine maintenance of facilities and other fees that have nothing to do with improving our project This number is low because we are mainly focused on the creation and development of our project in the first year Project management costs – 1 million dollars will be put aside for project management costs This will include those working directly on the project and overseeing it This will include third-party staff or temporary staff for people aiding the project We may also purchase software’s or licenses to help manage our project such as Scoro Basecamp or Proofhub.
