My visual quote started with an idea about my favorite hobby. Its a feeling that very unique and I cant explain it when I am actually doing it. It has become part of my lifestyle and I have no other feeling than doing what I want on my skateboard. It frees my mind and soul from everything and brings me into a state of mind of unlimited freedom from the cruise to the tricks. Skateboarding isn’t like other sports where it requires a special area to do it. Baseball needs a baseball field with bases and lines, Basketball needs a court with a hoop and boundary lines and football needs a field. When it comes to skateboarding the whole world is the playground. This picture I took at the lower east side makes me realize how such a random sign can make a huge impact about what you want to do.
