My supervisor is Isana Leshchinkaya. She is “the assessment manager in the Office of Educational Research and Assessment under Institutional Effectiveness, specializing in online assessment, regional and professional accreditation, and survey research and administration.”
My interview was on Zoom, and basically, this meeting was an introduction to each other.
Isana described to me the projects me and my team would have to do throughout the internship (not necessarily every one and each of them, but as much as we can). They are one poster called COACHE, a series of Tik-Tok videos, and one poster with charts made in InDesign that we need to convert to a Word document (somehow). Also, we would work on a Fast Fact sheet–update it for the current year. Then, she asked me what can I do, what programs I am familiar with, and how can I help. I said that I’m ok with Adobe Premiere Pro, so I can help with editing (but not shooting; at least, not as a cameraman); I can help with posters (create them in InDesign). She agreed with that and gave me access to the team folder on Google Drive where I would find all the needed files (examples and videos) and said that my teammates are Oscar and Simon, the same guys from our internship class.
