• Delegate daily tasks to LPNs, CNAs, PCTs, and MSTs, according to their qualifications
• Oversee and assist with all daily activities, including patient feedings, tube feedings, tracheostomy care and suctioning, glucose finger sticks, and overall patient safety
• Perform daily basic care duties; IV insertion; Jackson-Pratt drain care; stoma care, wound dressing change; PICC line and gastric/jejunostomy tube care
