Virtual Solace
is a double entendre, intended to highlight our recently found collective comfort with virtual interaction, while simultaneously reminding us that the space, along with the feelings it engenders, are still located outside of the physical world.
The works reflect our students’ growing consciousness amidst ongoing societal crises. Encapsulating the ideals and priorities of a new generation of creative technologists learning to collaborate together online, a wide range of experiences will be demoed live, including 2D & 3D games, virtual reality, augmented reality comic books, interactive toys, musical compositions, interactive installations and even a cyberpunk concert!
