Course Description: This course covers analyzing current color, fiber, and fashion trends and their impact on sales forecasting. Students will research and develop fashion forecasts for specific seasons, learn to predict future trends, create a merchandising plan with mood boards, flat sketches, and spec details, and present their ideas in a format that pattern makers and other producers can easily understand.
