Johan Bravo: assignment E
hey my assignment e is posted so check it out. its about the kidosaki house by Tadao Ando in Japan. its very intricate in its design. he wanted a house that could accommodate three families and to be complex as well. the only private areas of the house are the bedrooms, the kitchen is open to the rest of the house, and the public spaces consist of the patios on the first floor plan and terraces. though it has public spaces it still feels private because of the protective wall around the house blocking any outside views. most of the sun light enters through the glazing walls in the building.
