Learning Self Analysis

When I first started at New York City Tech as an RNBS nursing student, I was not sure whether I would be able to meet all of the BSN program requirements. The first semester of my enrollment I registered for two classes, I wanted to take it slow and easy. Between my family, my full time job and my classes, I got stuck. I did not do too good academically for the first semester. I had to sit back and redirect myself. I learned to sharpen my time management skills and learned style.  I realized that I was a visual and kinesthetic learner. I learn best by writing things down while I read. I had to formulate a strategy for improvement in order to achieve optimal learning results.

The following semester turned out to be much better. I started to use all my learning and time management skills. I was also using all the resources offered by the RNBS program and the school. I learned a lot along the way better overtime. I am still striving to acquire more knowledge and skills to provide competent evidence based nursing practice.. I have been able to expand my critical thinking skills and my leadership skills as well. I believe that I have gotten
