This project was implemented by myself and another colleague from my clinical community rotation. As a clinical group under the supervision of a Clinical instructor, we work with the elderly population at the Stein Senior Center. This clinical rotation impact me in a huge way, as I do not generally work with this population. My colleagues and I were able to identify a common health issue amongst the senior clients at the Stein Center and implement a care plan, including a teaching session to address Hypertension.
