I am very eager to learn more about nursing concepts and nursing skills. I have a great interest in becoming more knowledgeable about important issues concerning nursing. I am willing to put forth a lot of effort into my nursing career. I think I can be a valuable member of the health care team. I am good at practice therapeutic communication and realize the impact it has on patient care. I like working with others and interacting with members of the health care team effectively. I see the importance of being able to collaborate with colleagues, as it is better for the patient and the patient should be the focus. Patient-centered care promotes patient safety and improves patient outcomes. I am also accepting of others and many different cultures, and I value being cultured. I believe that health care is a right and should be accessible to everyone. I do not hold any discrimination to others and treat all patients equally regardless of race, gender or sexual orientation.
