I have been working as an emergency room nurse for the past ten years, as a result; I have gained a profound interest in working with team players. I have learned to value diversity and respect individual culture and have gained interpersonal skills which have helped me in promoting a more positive attitude in a multicultural setting. I believe strongly in being my patients’ advocate and maintaining my integrity while performing my duties as a nurse.   Continuing education is very crucial, not only does it expose me to great idea, it also allows me the opportunity to gain knowledge to be a better care giver to my patients.
