Assignment #4 Definition – Moment

“Moment is the tendency of a force on a body to produce rotational movement about any chosen point. In mathematical terms, moment is the product of a force times the distance of the force about a chosen point of rotation. (Torque, a term similar to moment, is used more often in mechanical engineering applications.)”

Moment=Force x Distance
