My name is Michael Flinch.I am a New York city College ofTechnology current in route to completing my Bachelors in nursing. I am a firm believer that hard and smart work turns challenges or obstacles in to completed tasks of the past.

I hope through out my career I can help the people i am privileged to care for and to continue my practice as a nurse with positive growth.

I am currently working as a Director of Patient Services for a home care agency. I am thankful as nursing has given me a world that I never knew could be true
