Bio

My name is Valery Mejia I graduated from Bronx Community College with an Associates in Marketing Management and am now attending New York City College of Technology. I’m majoring in Communication Design with a focus in Advertising Design. I would like to work for an advertising agency with the hopes of becoming a creative director at some point. I have a strong interest for everything involving design and believe that I am a good conceptual thinking which is why I feel that this is the best path for me.

The way something is put together is very important to any designer. When I look at clothing and accessories that take my breath away, my imagination also does the same. I picture many outfits, just by looking at something like a boater hat. I do the exact same thing when I find a location with a hidden beauty that can be brought out in a photo, like parks with rarely visited areas near historical architecture. Combining inspirational things and using them as a advertisement designer, will be an immense fulfillment.
