Salutations! My name is Tiffany and I am currently working towards a Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management. Due to working within the social services sector for many years I have honed my interpersonal skills. I feel that providing the utmost courtesy and respect will ensure customer satisfaction. With the skills I have aquired so far I hope to exceed my customers expectations.
During the year I work with a variety conventions that can range from 150-6000 attendee. It is a crucial that each and everyone of my attendees feel comfortable, safe, and happy. This will reap a better turnout each year. So, at all times I must be on my game. There is no time for slacking!
I follow this rule: Make one mistake, learn from it, and overcome it!
My Courses
An overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the departmentās mission and culture.
