Hello my name is Tara Arnold I am a forth year student at city tech. my major is hospitality Management. I want to become either a chef at a restaurant or work at a hotel. I am very excited about this program. there are so many opportunities to choose from I am still wondering on what I want to do here but hopefully by time time I graduate collage I will find out what I want to do.

HMGT 1101 PERICLES Fall’21 Thursday
Prof. Pericles guides students through an overview of the history, likely directions and organizational structure of the hospitality industry and its role in local, national and global economies. Students are introduced to the nature and scope of the hospitality industry, basic terminology, management concepts, career path explorations and the department’s mission and culture.
