A kid from Brooklyn who feels as if he could do something better with his life. While growing up in this city I felt as if I could do better in life if I tried. And when I got into high school I figured the route in the food industry was the one i wanted to take. I joined my High schools Culinary Arts program and through that program learned about the industry and started to work in the industry. By interning and working inside of restaurants and even schools I had managed to learn about the industry that I was trying to work in. For example I worked at an Asian spot in Park slope, interned at a bar in williamsburg, worked at a sub place over the summer, and also served kids meals. It was a very fun experience working in various places, and one thing that I had learned was that others thought that I was overthinking things. Not only that but they could see it in my face. While I may not have a lot of experience in the industry, what little experience that I have has changed me for the better (in my opinion). And I hope along the line that i get to open up my own place.
