Loukia Tsafoulia’s Profile
Loukia Tsafoulia is a EU licensed architect, co-founder of studio PLB based in New York and adjunct professor at New York City College of Technology. She is currently the architectural project leader at Studio Dror. She has worked with LEESER Architecture and collaborated with SO-IL / Solid Objectives and Jorge Otero-Pailos in New York. She has served as a researcher for the Laboratory of Urban Environment, Department of Urban and Regional Planning (NTUA). She also worked as an architect for Karakosta E. Architectural office in Athens for two years of intense architectural practice.
She received her Post Professional Master of Science in Advanced Architectural Design (MSAAD) from Columbia University in New York with a fellowship from the Gerondelis Foundation. She obtained her professional degree in Architecture from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), spending one year as an exchange student in the Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
Her work has been published and exhibited in international design fairs, the London 3d print show and ICFF in New York amongst others.

Living Laboratory Associate Fellows
This is a collaborative space for use by Living Laboratory Associate Fellows participating in the General Education Seminar, part of City Tech’s Title V grant-funded initiative A Living Laboratory. This seminar will concentrate on incorporating general education outcomes into our courses focusing on Kuh’s High Impact Educational Practices, place based learning, open pedagogy and assessment practices.
