ENG2575 Technical Writing, Section OL70, Fall 2020
Students communicate technical and scientific information to a variety of audiences through written and oral presentations, using electronic media such as the Internet, Power Point and graphics programs. Students also analyze readings in science and technology, study technical writing models and practice collaborative research and presentation. Prerequisite: ENG 1121 Equivalent to old course ENG 3773. This class meets online asynchronously.
This course introduces the foundations of discrete mathematics as they apply to computer science, focusing on providing a solid theoretical foundation for further work. Topics include functions, relations, sets, simple proof techniques, Boolean algebra, propositional logic, elementary number theory, writing, analyzing and testing algorithms.

CoronaVirus is a scientific problem that is occurring right now in today’s world, and it is linked to our majors being revolved around technology. We decided on taking the lead on how deaths and tracking cases are a problem, while trying to come up with a vaccine regarding COVID-19.
