This laboratory course is a co-requisite for General Chemistry – 1110. One three hour laboratory meeting per week and a total of 15 meetings per semester.
EMT 1150 Electrical Circuits – Fall 2018
Sections: D372-LEC & D376-LEC Introduction to the basic principles of direct and alternating current circuits. Topics include linear and nonlinear passive components, transient response and phase relationships. Laboratory work is performed both in school and at home (using student-purchased kits). The use of the multi-meter, oscilloscope and frequency generator is introduced; computers are used for problem-solving.
MAT2680 Differential Equations, SP2020
An introduction to solving ordinary differential equations. Applications to various problems are discussed.
ENG2400, Films From Literature
This course will allow students to examine the relationship between film and their literary sources.
MAT2580 Linear Algebra, FA2019
An introductory course in Linear Algebra. Topics include vectors, vector spaces, systems of linear equations, linear transformations, properties of matrices, determinants, eigenvalues, and eigenvectors.

City Tech Women Engineers Club
The mission of the City Tech Women Engineers Club is to promote awareness and interest in improving the enrollment, retention and graduation rates of women in the technology programs at New York City College of Technology, as well as develop leadership skills through workshops, seminars and student collaboration. lnstitute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Women in Engineering (WIE) student branch at CityTech invites all interested students to join the Openlab club. Joining IEEE WIE student chapter is optional. We provide support, information and resources to all members to help them succeed in their engineering technology field of interest.
City Tech Radio Club is affiliated with American Radio Relay League (ARRL). It is your place for access to the latest activities and developments in radio electronics and public service radio communication. Further your own interests in wireless and data communications and the underlying computer hardware and software technology. Build radio projects and equipment. Connect with other students.
