My name is Janet Cordero and I originally came from the Dominican Republic. I, as a hard working person, I was able to graduate from Bronx Community College with Associate degree in Applied Science. I received a Bachelors degree at New York City Tech. I am a bilingual alummni. I speak both English and Spanish. During my curricular activities in the school, I was able to present a Research in Lung Cancer during the Annual College Conference in 2016. In 2017, I presented my work together with other individuals a Meta-Analysis and Specificity Comparison between 18F-FDG PET and 13C-Hyperpolarized MR Spectroscopic Imaging in Cancer Today. Also in 2018, I was able to present and coauthor with other professionals a very important work regarding Microvascular and large vein abnormalities in young patients after mild head trauma and associated fatigue: A brain SPECT evaluation and posture dependence modeling. Last but not least, I hope I can continue to learn everyday and pursue my goals.
