Facilities Management.
Finishing up my Bachelor of Technology in Facilities Management. I am presently working as a Project Manager/Energy Analyst assuring that the companies portfolio of buildings meet the requirements of Executive Order 88. In addition I assure that the boilers and the chillers are properly maintained and inspected annually to assure that life safety is prioritized.

LAW 2306, Legal Issues for Facilities Managers, S17
This course addresses legal issues that affect facility management. Topics include principles of contracts, leases, service and employment agreements, purchase agreements, relevant federal and state laws, environmental and municipal regulations, liabilities of different legal entities, tort liability, media and group relations, debtor rights, business ethics and disability laws.
