Bio

Professor Lobel has taught Radiographic Procedures, Image Production and Clinical Instruction. One expertise is in computer technology applications in radiologic sciences. Professor Lobel and serves as the department website assessment and revision coordinator.

With approximately 15 years of professional experience, Professor Lobel has worked in several large city hospitals as a diagnostic radiographer, computed tomography technologist and radiography management. Professor Lobel has taught several courses in the disipline including Patient Care, Medical Terminology, and Radiographic Laboratory Instruction.

Professor Lobel received his Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s College, Master of Arts degree from Brooklyn University and holds advanced certification in Computed Tomography.

Image Evaulation & Production II

This course is designed to: 1. Provide a comprehensive analysis of the factors which influence radiographic quality and patient dose, and to provide experience in the manipulation of these factors. 2. Describe the function and use of equipment for fluoroscopy, mobile radiography, tomography, computed/digital radiography, radiographic film processing, and other advanced imaging aspects.
