Professor Bouratoglou Spring 2014 Design V M/Th 8:30-11:25am
This course is about running a professional practice. While being a great designer, technician, document-er is critically important, one must obtain the signature on the contract before ones skills as a Professional Architect really comes into play. After the contract is signed, the fun just begins. However, much of the course covers the five P’s which are People, Place, Product, Personality, and Price. These are primarily PRE CONTRACT issues. This course covers many of the components of keeping a Professional Practice open and thriving. A few of these issues but by no means all issues are Insurance, Promotion, HR, Taxes, rentals, etc.

My Projects
An exhibition of student work in the field of Architectural Technology & Design.
My Clubs
ARCH FELLOWSHIP WAS CREATED WITH THE PURPOSE OF MAKING NEW FRIENDS, CONNECT WITH PEOPLE IN AND OUTSIDE OUR SCHOOL, AND TO VISIT DIFFERENT PLACES AROUND THE CITY. I THINK IT WOULD BE PRODUCTIVE FOR US, AS STUDENTS, TO GET TO KNOW OUR FELLOW CLASSMATES, BUILD A NETWORK AND SHARE THE DIFFERENT POINTS OF VIEWS REGARDING ARCHITECTURE AND OTHER SUBJECTS.
