Nursing
I started my medical career as a Medic and served in the National Guard, Active Army and later on in the Army Reserve. I love working with people and helping them to get back on the feet and return to a functional state of health that they can enjoy life not only for themselves but for the family and friends. I decide to leave Active duty and go back to school full time and become a nurse because I felt that will help me fill my full potential. I graduated Kingsborough Community College nursing program and started working in the Nursing home before I left and started working in the VA hospital. Then I decided to back to school and finish my baccalaureate degree and chose to complete it at New York City Technical College. This would be one of my step to accomplishing my goal to become a nursing anesthetist.

NUR4130 Professional Nursing Practice HYBRID section HD49
A variety of professional, historical, theoretical, ethical, and health related issues relevant to contemporary nursing are discussed. Students will use a variety of professional tools such as in-class forums to debate relevant health care issues, the resume, a portfolio, and template for a project proposal for enhancement of professional development.
