Andrew Bass Jr.’s Profile
Andrew followed his creative instincts to graduate from Pratt Institute with a BFA in Communications Design. He’s worked for companies like Essence, Black Enterprise, McGraw-Hill, CMP Media and Nielsen.
During the day he works for RIMS, the risk management society as their Art & Production manager of their member publication, Risk Management, and runs AndrewBassDesign, his freelance consultancy after hours. Specialities of the studio include visual identity, editorial and book design, marketing communications, digital design and art direction.
Past clientele have included Jill Scott’s Blues Babe Foundation, Screen Consultants, B.V., Urban League Long Island and Philadelphia and the Incorporated Village of Hempstead.
Andrew’s work has received numerous design awards from organizations such as ASPBE, the Ozzies, American Graphic Design Awards, the EXCEL Awards and the Neal Awards.
