How to write a reader centered proposal

Throughout your career the opportunity to write proposals for ideas on new products or strategies is essential and this is how  you will get  your company to accept. Think of your goals and present them in a way that shows the benefit your proposal will have if put into effect. There are two goals of a proposal to persuade or to protect. If you are not persuasive you will not receive the funds or time to complete your ideas. When proposing you want to protect yourself and your company by only making offers on things you can actually fulfill, making false claims can cause severe legal consequences which is good for no one involved. These proposals can be written in a variety of situations, plan your proposal carefully and always think of the readers so that what you are proposing can benefit them. Think of questions the readers will ask and try to answer those in the proposals. try to plan out cost, capability , problems and solutions.
