• Worked under the supervision of a RN preceptor providing bedside care, treatments and clinical documentation for patients on the Medical Surgical unit
• Performed physical assessments, coordinated medication administration, dressing changes, IVs, response to medication administration, and other aspects of nursing care for patient load (6-7) with minimal assistance
• Assisted with facilitating admissions, discharges and transfers; prepared chart notes, documented care plans, assessments, interventions, and responses; participated with and alongside healthcare team
