With the magazine for this season finished we were able to move on to the next part of this campaign.  In the works was an event for Seniors to attend and learn more about Alphacare.  At this event there would be booths with different companies that are supported by Alphacare.  One was going to be a gym, that holds special Senior classes, another was a nutritionist were Seniors could ask questions and learn how to make proper salads that helped there specific needs.

My job at this event was to man a booth that taught Seniors how to use the NYFS app and also to hand out the 3rd edition of the New York For Seniors magazine.  Most of the week was just making sure there was going to be enough copies printed, and people running around phoning important people to show up to this event.
