This assignment is meant to prepare you for the first paper by forcing you to familiarize yourself with the research databases available through the City Tech library.
In particular, I’d like you to access the JSTOR database. JSTOR contains academic articles from a wide range of journals in a variety disciplines, but their historical coverage is strong.
All I’d like you to do is locate one academic article (not a book review) pertaining to the United States and the First World War. Try searching under different combinations of terms to find an article that interests you. Read the article and then write a short 200-300 word summary of the approach of the author.
