Workplace Culture

The culture at Calling All Graphics, Inc. is quite laid back and informal, especially considering that my internship is work from home. There’s no strict dress code since we don’t have to go into the office. For virtual meetings, I usually wear something casual yet presentable like a solid t-shirt and loose pants, which is comfortable for a work from home setup. As for workstations, since everything is remote, everyone works from their personal home setup. My typical workday revolves around completing assigned tasks at my own pace, as long as I meet deadlines and check in with my supervisor, Marla. There’s a lot of flexibility regarding working hours, allowing me to manage my time efficiently between college and internship duties. The work environment feels very collaborative and open, communication is primarily done through emails and virtual meetings. Lunchtimes and breaks are self-managed, and the overall culture is very supportive, with a focus on delivering quality design work without the traditional office schedule.
