Communication Design

Communication Design was my chosen specialization area for Professional Technical Writing as it enhances the meaning of visual communication. Choosing the right theme and design elements stems from researching the topic of a product or presentation. The outcome draws the audience’s attention to view the design and either draw conclusions or be persuaded to know more about the design presented by actually thinking of attending that event, watch that movie, visit that website, or even using a design as a reference to reflect a personal event, occasion, or interests in any genre such as books and music. In the Spring 2021 semester, I learned about the basics of HTML and CSS coding for web design. In coding for the web, I learned about the elements used in HTML and CSS to apply the principles of graphic design when designing websites.
