Write a draft thesis and two draft arguments for the second Theory Application Paper.
First, be sure you have read and understood the Theory Application Paper assignment.
Also, be sure to have read and understood the relevant course readings on your chosen theory and issue. It will be very difficult to write a thesis or supporting arguments if you are not familiar with the theory or issue you are applying it to.
Then compose your thesis. Your thesis should be no more than one sentence, and should make clear your basic idea about how your chosen ethical theory applies to the issue you have chosen.
The draft arguments should be 2-3 sentences each, and should clearly support the thesis. To say they support the thesis is to say that they explain reasons for thinking the thesis is true.
