54 years old female presented with Median rhomboid glossitis and erythematous palate. In addition patient had supra– gingival calculus and sub- gingival calculus. Patient was taught modified bass toothbrush technique and flossing. Patient was scaled, polished and provided with 5% Fluoride varnish. Patient was given a referral to DDS for Median rhomboid glossitis and erythematous tissue on palate.
