Patient presented with generalized visible plaque. To show it to the patient, I used the discoloring agent. This encouraged the patient to take Oral Hygiene Instructions more seriously. For home care, the patient was instructed to use modified bass with a manual toothbrush, flossing,  Listerine mouthwash and Crest pro-health.
