I’m from the beautiful island of St.Lucia and I migrated to the US in 1999. It has always been my dream to study to become a chef and today I’m finally fulfilling this dream. It’s not an easy journey but one I intend to work very hard to accomplish that goal. I currently i’m a wilton certified cake decorator and bake and decorate cakes from my home. This is one of my hobbies. I’m a mom to beautiful kids Kayla and Jamie. They keep me on my toes daily. After my time at NY City College Of Technology I plan on returning to my homeland St. Lucia and opening a family restaurant. I’m a down to earth person, I work really hard and I can get along with anybody, no matter how difficult they may seem.
