This class assignment is to analyze the Wi-fi signal of a certain area in Citytech. The program we used to help us with this assignment is called Heat Mapper by Ekahau. This program is used to analyze the wi-fi signal in a certain area. A map of a certain area where we want to analyze the wi-fi signal is uploaded into the program. The route is planned out on the map of which we will be walking back and forth. Once set up, the experiment begins and with every few steps we stop to click in our location along the route until we are done. The program will then show a map of where AP(Access Points) were detected and how  strong the wi-fi is in the area around. The map will show the range of the wi-fi signal from strong to weak.
