Project Description
This project focuses on applying marketing and sales principles to develop a comprehensive strategy for a specific product or service. It begins with the selection of either an existing or hypothetical product and involves conducting a FAB (Features, Advantages, Benefits) analysis to define its value proposition. The next step is identifying the target audience through demographic and behavioral segmentation to ensure the strategy resonates with potential buyers. Afterward, the project sets a clear marketing objective and establishes a key performance indicator (KPI) to measure the success of the launch. Finally, a detailed marketing strategy is created, outlining the launch channels, activities, and resources required for an effective introduction to the market.
Professor’s Reflection
This is one of the best that I have seen in the finals this semester! Well laid-out, and coherent analysis. First of all, this is a great product for analysis – it solves a real problem for parents. Your description of marketing activities make a lot of sense and it seems that they could be pretty effective. Keep up with the great work!
Personal Reflection
This was good practice for me to remain goal oriented in developing presentations, I have a tendency of being “over creative” at times; I was glad it was received well. This alternative method was actually developed from TikTok, as I saw numerous moms with reasonable concern of loosing their child. I found the concern an important thing to highlight within the promise of this product.
