Buf 4500: Omni-Channel Retailing
In this class, I delved into the complexities of distribution channels and their role in managing customer service at every stage. I explored topics such as e-channel behavior, channel design, and the selection, motivation, and control of channel members. The course also covered various types of retailers, their marketing decisions, and the future of retailing and wholesaling. Building on foundational knowledge of consumer behavior, I examined how retailing strategies focus on delivering exceptional experiential services tailored to target demographics. I gained insights into “omni-channeling,” a pivotal concept in the fashion industry, which integrates various retailing platforms to enhance the customer experience and maintain a competitive edge across the retail supply chain.
