Conclusion

Conducting this Social Science Project taught us many things as well proved and disproved some of the things we believed would happen.  •What was proven was when asked many of the NYU students classed themselves as middle class except for three.•Another thing that was proven was that both NYU and City Tech students was uninformed about wage inequity and the general American income.•What was disproven was that the majority City Tech students didn’t believe they were lower class but middle class.

An unexpected outcome was that it was split on the topic of minimum wage increase.

The last unexpected outcome was that in both schools many students were not working which gave them a lack of depth in answering the questions.

What we did accomplish was to use the interview opportunity to distribute palatable informational pamphlets which enlightened the interview subject.
