My Teaching Philosophy is to calibrating teaching. This means asking open ended question. As a teacher I will be open to listen to students op-ions  by giving students safe environment to contribute to the class. Therefore, learning will not be only coming from me as a teacher but students will get the opportunity to express and learn there learning style.

To obtain this I will give student  numerous opportunity to work in groups , Each student will be a group leader or a co leader to  build self confident. There will  be peer to peer teaching and researches project gear to each student interest.
