CASE 1

The patient is MS male, American African 64 years old.  No medical conditions.  He stated a history of orthodontic treatment for three years.  The appearance on the enamel on the buccal aspect of the maxillary anterior teeth is like erosion. The patient didn’t reported consumption of acid food (lemons) The patient was evaluated by the Pathologist (Dr. Brown) in the clinic. She stated that the appearance of the enamel is normal. Patient was refereed for further consultation for PAP on #20, full impacted #17 and  cosmetic treatment. patient had localized 6-mm  pocket on inter-proximal posterior. How ever patient has pocket reduction with 2 mm after Arestin placement.

CASE 2

Patient isfemale 29 years old. No record of scaling in the past 10 years.. Periodontal Type  II, case value Heavy.
