In my philosophy of nursing I think that “Integrity” is a talent that allows nurses to be more hardworking and transparent at the same time. When people at the nursing profession do not practice integrity a lot of short comings could appear like having the incompetent people make decisions or loosing funds and the development of poor projects. Having integrity reminds me to be true to myself and my journey in the professional career without taking any short cuts.
