My main goal is to have a Masters Degree as a Human Services Professional. Since, my parents were both born and raised in different countries and came to the United States, I had a responsibility of being their translator. Of course i was only a minor and i was the only one who was bilingual in my household. It put a lot of pressure on me and I know first hand what it is like. This is why i want to become a counselor and an advocate for children and/or teens that come from a family of immigrants.

Five years or so from now:

• I would already have my Associates in Applied Science in Human Services and Bachelors
• I will be in the process of obtaining my Masters
• In time i will find the “dream” career as a Human Services Professional working in Immigration/Multicultural Issues
