This article is about Garrett Oliver, a brew master at Brooklyn Brewery, who began creating beer at his home in New York City. He wants to drink something other than the “thin, fizzy yellow liquid” that most bars served. Soon, this love with bitterness turns into a profession. There are so many beautiful hotel in Latin America from the Costarica Nayar Sring, Mexico Soho Playa, Nicaragua Mukul Beach, Panama Waldorf Astoria to the Peru B Arts Boutique. The one that caught my eye is Panama Waldorf Astoria which go for $ 129 from a room, which is pretty decent and plenty money to travel around. It has 5 treatment spa, an outdoor pool, bar and sushi lounge. I love sushi and who doesn’t. The bathroom are marble made plus a view of the oceanfront.

Hi my name is Katherine Ko. I am currently majoring in Hospitality Management at New York City College Of Technology. My goal after I graduate with a Bachelor Of Technology is to manage a hotel or casino. Hopefully I can get a internship to gain experience. I am a sophomore who has a passion in the hospitality industry. When I was young I have always wanted to manage a hotel or a casino. When I was visiting Hong Kong, staying at a hotel I saw how nice everyone was to me. The doorman helps me bring my luggage to my room. They took care of us, and I remember one time the concierge misread our plane ticket and took us to the airport for our flight departure but we found out our plane left and the hotel was nice enough to give us a complimentary suite until our next flight. It shows accountability and they knew they were wrong and made up for it. They provided a good service and it made me want to join and work with people who provide great services. I finally found out what hospitality mean. Its being nice and servicing people. Helpful in City Tech, word of advice. And to me it gave me a boost of encouragement and confident.
