I can say that one of my strengths is that I am a reliable and punctual person. At my current job, whenever I am needed I am always there. It is rare the times that I am ever late to work. I take pride that I work hard and do the best job possible. I always make sure to go above and beyond with any task at hand that my job throws at me.
As a manager in my current job, I believe I am a good team player whenever a fellow coworker is struggling with a certain task, I make sure to lend a helping hand. I always make myself available to my coworkers if they have any questions or help. Whenever my supervisors are looking for suggestions to make the environment that we work in more pleasant, I give them feedback and suggestions on what can be improved.
