I’ve picked up a few more projects while interning with K16, two of which to my knowledge involved with creating templates for teachers to use and a booklet for sharing teaching information. While the specifics of each template are unknown to me at the moment, I was able to glean some information on what may be on it from the sample text provided to me.

For the portfolio template, which I worked on in InDesign since it’s going to be a booklet, teachers had to answer questions such as “Describe the pedagogical strategy(ies) and how you implemented it/them in your course.”

To which a teacher responded with a protocol which is used to foster listening and collaboration. I put this process into a table and then recreated the worksheet they made in indesign that resembles a blue rectangle split into four sections with a diamond shaped section in the middle to represent the combined ideas.

The second template is referred to as the Resource Library, so I’m assuming it’s a catalog of sorts. This was made in docs so my freedom was far more restricted. Google Docs is really hard to work with in terms of design. But it was generally easier. Just making some banners and standardizing the titles and text

The portfolio template, not sure if I can show it so it’s going to be a low quality version.
