Course Description/Overview:
This course offers an introductory overview of the dynamic, ever-changing, and interactive global marketing and sales landscape. Students will be introduced to modern marketing and sales concepts and techniques employed in the promotion, sale, and distribution of products across physical stores, the internet, and other digital platforms. Effective marketing and sales are crucial to the success or failure of any business enterprise, particularly in the fast-paced world of e-business. Companies, especially e-business leaders, allocate substantial proportions of their revenue towards marketing efforts to attract and retain loyal customers, sell various products and merchandise, and establish brand recognition, awareness, and loyalty.
