I am a high school graduate, accepted to several prestige colleges, with great leadership skills and customer service experience who is looking to learn more. I have participated in programs that have allowed me to work with people one on one and that have helped me to find ways to help them. Gained essential knowledge of how to help reduce the percentage of HIV/AIDS cases reported in New York City, especially in my community. Worked independently and as part of a team to achieve the reduction of HIV/AIDS percentage around the Washington Heights community. Planned and executed several events to raise awareness about the free condoms available to everyone in the community.

Customer Service
Served as operating system expert, providing technical support for entire organization and for customers. I was responsible for implementing key server side components using technologies like php, Java and mySQL. Analyzed system problems to try and strengthen them. I helped customers around the store with any technical issues that they were having with their computers.
